Go Party Ltd. Booking – Terms and Conditions

This booking form sets out the terms and conditions of our agreement with you to supply a Party Planning & decorations services for the party. When you complete and return the booking form you must ensure that the details are complete and accurate.  You may cancel at any time. Your deposit will always be non-refundable.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

  1. 50% of the total payable at the time of booking as non- refundable deposit

  2. Total amount should be paid at least 2 days before the event in clear funds.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

  1. In the event of cancelled forward bookings, a minimum payment of 50% of the total cost as detailed in the contract will be payable by the client.  Any cancellations within 14 calendar days of the event will charge at the full cost. 

  2.  Any items purchased or manufactured especially for the client will be charged in full once purchased/production has begun.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT

All bookings are subject to  a Damages Deposit up to the value of 30% of the total bill which is due two weeks before the date of your event. This will be refunded in full within 5 working days after your event minus any charges for damage, vandalism, missing items, and/or additional hire time other than that which has been previously agreed. If such damage is above the value of 30%, we will charge you the full amount for the repairs/replacement of the items.

 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. GO PARTY’s ability to perform our services depends on us having adequate access to the venue prior to event for dressing and after for removal.  This contact is on condition of adequate and reasonable access to the venue.  Costs may vary if access times are found to be unsociable or unreasonably short.

  2. We will not accept any rude, violent or unreasonable behavior by the client, your guests or your venue staff.  If felt threatened or uncomfortable, we will notify the client. If the behavior continues, we reserve the right to cancel all the bookings and leave the venue immediately. You will be responsible to deliver all the decoration material to GO PARTY head office in original condition packed appropriately. You will still be liable to pay full amount.

  3. All decoration material used remain the property of GO PARTY Ltd. You will be responsible for any damage caused to decoration material. (Maximum £1,000). Under no circumstances should anyone, other than a member of the Go Party team, attempt to move or dismantle the wall. Doing so may cause irreparable damage.

  4. We will make every effort to deliver, set up and collect at the times requested by the client; however removal will be as promptly as possible, we cannot guarantee collection immediately after use from every venue at the same time.  It the clients responsibility to ensure that any hired goods are kept dry and in a secure place until collected. We will endeavor to supply specific items requested, however we reserve the right to use our discretion to supply an appropriate alternative where necessary

  5. Prior to our team arriving you must make sure the area of work is safe and free from all potential hazards. You will be responsible for any personal injury caused to any of our team member as a result of your negligence.

  6. We bring heavy and delicate equipment. Your responsibility is to provide suitable, safe and nearest parking to the venue. Any congestion, ULEZ, LEZ, toll and parking charges to be paid in actuals. 

  7. Once agreed, decoration/delivery time cannot be changed

  8. We sometimes supply sweets, prizes and suitable gifts at our parties.  You must let us know in advance whether these should not be used.  For example, if a child has a particular allergy. We cannot be held responsible for any harm caused as a result.

 

 

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. We endeavor to fulfill any commitment but under unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control we reserve the rights to cancel any bookings. Full refund will be provided but accept no further liabilities.

  2. Go Party reserves all the rights of the pictures of decoration at the Venue. Great deal of care is  taken not to take any personal pictures or details and if so, they are masked in pictures published. Personal pictures will not be published unless agreed with the client. Any photography will be used for promotional purposes on our website and/or social media. If you have any objections to this, please let us know in writing prior to your event.

  3. Although we take immense care and do appropriate packaging of decorative items, we will not be able to take responsibility to any damage occurred during transit caused by reasons beyond our control.

  4. We endeavor to provide all the decorations and party supplies as discussed and agreed but reserve the right to change anytime in case we find is required  

 

SEVERANCE

  1. If any provision of this agreement is found by any court, tribunal or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness, voidability, unenforceablility, or unreasonableness be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of this agreement a

 

  1. Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence our liability under an agreement with you, whether arising in contract, tort or negligence or otherwise shall not exceed the amount of the party fee.

 

  1. We do not accept liability whether in contract, tort or negligence or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by you as an indirect or conse-quential nature. the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect
